Estemerwalt Log Homes has introduced a new floor plan for family or vacation living, offering rustic charm and modern conveniences in a design that is ideal for enjoying spectacular vistas.
Mountain Crest, Estemerwalt’s latest floor plan, began as a custom design for a customer. But its functional layout and a great room featuring a dramatic vaulted ceiling give it a universal appeal that Estemerwalt now offers for all among its wide selection of plans.
“The Mountain Crest plan is perfect for making the most of magnificent views,” said Estemerwalt owner Kurt Propst. “Families will love the way the expansive great room helps them enjoy the natural setting, and the design adapts to almost any lifestyle. It’s comfortable, it’s attractive and its appeal is timeless.”
Estemerwalt’s floor plans offer options from a rustic cabin ideal for weekend getaways to expansive mansion-sized homes. The Mountain Crest plan, with 2,060 square feet, is large enough to be roomy but perfect for families who don’t prefer an overabundance of space. The home offers three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, and includes a front porch and rear deck for enjoying nature’s beauty and fresh air.
As always, Estemerwalt design experts are available to customize this floor plan, or any other, to provide a unique home that meets every need and desire of the family who will live there. The experts also will adjust the design to fit on any unique terrain where the home will be built.
To choose the floorplan’s name, Estemerwalt turned to its customers with an eblast asking for suggestions. Once the Estemerwalt team had settled on several possible names, they asked their social media followers to help make the final decision.
“We want to thank our loyal customers and friends for offering their input on our newest design,” Propst said. “They did a great job coming up with a perfect name for a home that families will enjoy for generations.”
